허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

가. 다음 질환 및 증상의 소염·진통
만성 류마티스 관절염, 골관절염(퇴행관절염), 요통, 견관절주위염, 경견완증후군
나. 수술 후, 외상 후 및 발치 후의 소염·진통
